Whether you are a novice or an experienced angler, you’re sure to enjoy a fishing trip aboard one of our large comfortable head boats!   At Capt. Anderson’s Marina, we provide deep sea fishing excursions at various times of the day so you can choose what best fits your schedule.

In addition to the daily trips listed below, call the ticket office for the schedule of 2 day trips, 25 hour trips, 8 HR night trips, and one and two day fishing charters for parties of 30 or more. 

All prices include bait, rod, reel, state sales tax, and fishing license. All vessels are equipped to serve freshly prepared breakfast, sandwiches, snacks, beer, coffee, and sodas at family prices. NO ALCOHOLIC beverages or coolers allowed to be brought on board by customers or guests. All schedules and prices subject to change without notice.     


5 Hour MORNING Trip (March -thru- Oct)

5 Hour AFTERNOON Trip (5/28 -thru- 8/31)

  • 12:30pm to 5:30pm
  • Fishing Price – $55.00
  • Riders – $25.00

The North Star Deep-Sea Fishing boat is a 90′ aluminum hull boat with 75 marked fishing spots around the perimeter of the rail; with 5 of those spots located on the  “bow pulpit” that hangs out over the water.   She has a spacious upper sun deck with benches and can hold an additional 75 riders.  Benches run around the exterior of the main deck cabin and inside you will find a cash galley serving hot breakfast and lunch, tables & seating areas.

The North Star is great for beginners; the 5 hour trip time will be approximately 1/2 travel to and from, and 1/2 time in the fishing reef areas.  Your choice of morning or afternoon trip does not make a difference in fishing….whichever is better for your itinerary because the fish can’t tell time!

6 Hour Trip (Feb -thru- December)

One of the original Queen Fleet, the Gemini Queen is an 89′ wooden double hull catamaran with a lot of shade on the sides, and back and nice wide curving bow.  She holds 72 Fishing Spots marked around the perimeter of the rail and can take an 10 additional riders.

The Gemini Queen fishes in the Federal Waters of the Gulf of Mexico; your trip time will be approximately 1/2 travel to and from, and 1/2 time in the fishing reef areas.  Leaving at 9:00 am, this is a great trip for those who want to sleep in a little and still get your fishing time in!

New for 2016!   Are the half day trips TOO short…and this time you don’t have ALL DAY for a trip?  Jump on board an 8 HR Deep Sea Fishing Trip from the Hall Queen Fleet offering “bankers hours” and get about 4 hours of fishing time in your day!

The trips are taken on one of the fleet’s 89′ wooden hull boats, with the Star Queen holding 60 marked fishing spots and the Florida Queen holding 52. The boats are fully equipped with restrooms and full galley service in the comfortable climate controlled cabin.

The crew on board are especially helpful to new folks who may not know how to fish well…as well as the seasoned salts who can always use a suggestion.  Visitors can look forward to tight lines and good fishing!

 Join the Capt. Anderson family for a day of fishing aboard the Capt. Anderson. This 75′ aluminum hull boat has 60 numbered fishing spots around the perimeter of the rail and can take an additional 7 riders on board to “share the pole” with a fisher or just enjoy a day on the water!

The Capt. Anderson will take you to the Federal Waters of the Gulf of Mexico and your trip time will be approximately 1/2 travel to and from, and 1/2 time in the fishing reef areas.

Enjoy a variety of food and drink in the galley located in the climate controlled cabin of the main deck, or kick back on the spacious upper deck. We have experienced and helpful crew on board and a fish market at the pier to clean your catch. Bring your sense of adventure and take home your fresh fish.  No age limit – just lots of fun for the whole family! Military discounts and group rates available.

With these two 12 HR Deep Sea Fishing boats from the Hall Queen Fleet, there is versatility!  They are both 89′ wooden hull boats, with the Star Queen holding 60 marked fishing spots and the Florida Queen holding 52.  They are both interchangeable on the 12 HR schedule, so if you prefer a particular boat or captain make sure to let us know when making your reservation.

The 12 HR trips approximately 1/2 travel to and from, and 1/2 time in the fishing reef areas offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.   These boats are built for overnight trips with bunks down below equipped with a mat so all you need is to bring a blanket and pillow to catch a few winks while the boat is travelling; make sure to mention you want one while making your reservation so we can allocate it.

Cleaning fishWHEN YOU GET BACK TO THE DOCK,  the fish market is conveniently located just a few steps from the boats to drop off your stringer and get your fresh catch cleaned and filleted while you wait for just .50 cents/lb (5 lb min), or leave it for processing and pick up on your way home!  For a slight additional charge, you can also your fish skinned and/or vacuum packed; or you can arrange for the market to pack the fillets on dry ice & ship home.

FRESH Seafood Case

The Seafood Market also offers the BEST STEAMED SHRIMP ON THE BEACH!  Owner Mel Miller adds NO SULFATES OR CHEMICALS to the fresh catch of white, pink, brown or rock shrimp and will sell you ONLY what is the local season’s best offerings!  Call the market to see what is the “FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY” for fish and seafood at 850-235-3276

*We suggest you eat your delicious fish within 3 days to enjoy the freshest flavor!  You can pick up all the sides you need at the market; lemons, breading, ice, cooler, tuna dip, etc. and recipes to cook your fish back at your room.  OR – you may choose to do what locals call the “HOOK & COOK”. There are several area restaurants in the area where you can bring your filleted fish to, and they will cook & serve it to you with all the fixings!  Here are just a few:

All of our Head Boats and most of the Private Charter Boats are Federally permitted and abide by the season openings and closings from the GULF COUNCIL – RECREATIONAL FISHING REGULATIONS in FEDERAL WATERS.
